Carol Ann Bianchi
Of Arlington Heights
Carol Ann Bianchi was born on August 27, 1941 in Chicago, IL to Vernon
and Charlotte (nee Albert) Follett. She died Saturday, December 24, 2011
in Arlington Heights.
Mrs. Bianchi worked at Sears for over 22 years. She enjoyed
dress-making, sewing, home remodeling, organ music, playing the piano,
landscaping, waterskiing and especially spending time with her family.
She volunteered at Ivy Hill Elementary School library from 1973 to 1993.
Carol Ann also volunteered with Boy Scout Troop 34 and the Arlington
Heights Historical Society. She was active at Our Saviour's Lutheran
Church and served there as a Stephen Minister.
Carol is survived by her sons, Frank D. Jr. (Andrea) Bianchi and John M.
Bianchi; her grandchildren, Grace and Dominic; and her siblings,
Vernette C. (Frank) Sullivan, Ronald V. (Mary Alice) Follett and Glen C.
(Patricia) Follett.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank D. Bianchi
Sr.; her niece, Christine Follett; and her in-laws, Pietro and Lina
Bianchi.
Visitation Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the
Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks
south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights and from 10:00AM Friday,
December 30, 2011 until time of service at 11:00AM at Our Saviour's
Lutheran Church, 1234 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights.
Entombment Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's
Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
