James M. Fanizza

James M. Fanizza was born on August 26, 1937 to Vincent and Helena (nee Pascucciello) Fanizza in Chicago. He passed away on December 23, 2010 at his home in Hoffman Estates.

He is survived by his children, David Fanizza, John (Sandy) Fanizza, Mike Fanizza and Tanya (Tom) Tate-Wick; his grandchildren, Jake, Dana, Austin, Skylar and Delaney; many nieces and nephews; first wife Diane Fanizza, second wife Judy Fanizza and his best friend Valerie English.

James is preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Michael (Arlene) Fanizza, Horace (Rosemary) Fanizza and Marianne (Robert) Nelson

Visitation Tuesday, December 28, 2010 from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society, 1114 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 or American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, 208 S. LaSalle St., Suite 1500, Chicago, IL 60604-1242.
