So Sum Eng was born on May 18, 1917 in China. She passed away on December 10, 2010 in Arlington Heights.

She is survived by her husband, See Suey Eng; her children, Kenneth (Modan) Eng, James (Portia) Eng, Gene (Teresa) Eng, Elizabeth (Gordon) Tam and Henry (Laura) Eng; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one brother.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Louise (Arnold) Lau and two brothers.

Visitation Monday, December 13, 2010 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Tuesday, December 14, 2010 from 9:00 Am until the time of funeral services at 10:00 AM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment Town of Maine Cemetery, Park Ridge.
