Georgiann C. Catuscelli

Georgiann C. Catuscelli was born on February 20, 1945 in Chicago to George and Mary (nee DiGirolamo) Manella. She passed away on December 28, 2009 in Prospect Heights.

Georgiann is survived by her husband of 43 years, Michael Catuscelli Sr.; her children, George Catuscelli and Michele (Daniel) Knapik; her grandchildren, Joseph and Nicole Knapik; her mother; and her brother, Donald (Kathy) Manella.

She was preceded in death by her father and her son, Michael Catuscelli Jr.

Baking, cooking and organizing holiday, summer and birthday parties were Georgiann’s passion. She loved spending time with her family, her grandchildren and her friends. Gee enjoyed hairdressing from 1963 to 2008 and always pleased her clients with her expert haircuts and beautiful hairstyles. She had a zest for life and shared this with everyone who knew her. Her faith in god was an inspiration to all.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM Thursday, December 31, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Alphonsus Church, 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights for Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
