Joseph Szabo

Joseph Szabo was born February 1, 1915 in Hungary to Paul and Verna (nee Nemeth) Szabo. He died Tuesday, December 22, 2009 in Arlington Heights.

Before retiring Mr. Szabo was a machinist for the Foote Jones Company.

He is survived by his daughter, Dawn M. Janz; and his brother John Szabo.

Joseph is preceded in death by his wife, Susan C. (nee Pinnel) Szabo and his wife, Marion (nee Sturm) Szabo; his daughter, Elizabeth Szabo; his parents; and his brothers, Carl and Michael Szabo.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, December 27, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:00 AM, Monday, December 28, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Emily Catholic Church, 1400 E. Central Rd., and Mt. Prospect for Mass at 10:00 AM. Burial at Ridgewood Cemetery, Des Plaines.
