Caroline May Steskal was born January 13, 1934 in San Diego, CA to William and Caroline (nee Kreiling) Hickey. She died December 20, 2009 at The Lutheran Home and Services in Arlington Heights.
Caroline is survived by her husband Lawrence Steskal; children Joseph (Vicky) Steskal, Linda (Kevin) Brooks, Michael Steskal, Laura (James) Ciontea, Mary (Dan Lobbes) Steskal and Barbara (Martin) Gfesser; grandchildren Bryan Brooks, Lauren (Ryan) Cunnane, Diana Ciontea, Monica Ciontea, Grant Steskal, Ben Steskal and Gretta Gfesser; sisters Mary Price and Therese Caterina.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Frank Hickey.
Visitation from 3 until 9 PM, Tuesday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers10 AM, Wednesday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. Hubert Catholic Church, 729 Grand Canyon Street, Hoffman Estates, Mass 11:15 AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery
