Gary K. Laatsch

Gary Kenneth Laatsch was born October 7, 1954 in Chicago to Edward and Betty (nee Johnson) Laatsch. He died December 17, 2008 after a brief and intense battle with cancer.
Mr. Laatsch was a partner in the law firm of Pavalon, Gifford and Laatsch in Chicago.
Gary is survived by his wife of 29 years Cathy (nee Will); his children Lindsay, Glenn and Owen; his parents; siblings Joanne (Scott) Lehmann, Diane (late Ken) Eklov and Linda (Vince) Carbaugh; his parents-in-law William and Gerry (nee Trevor) Will; many brother/sister-in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be from 3 until 7 PM Sunday December 21, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 11 AM on Monday, December 22, 2008 at First United Methodist Church of Arlington Heights, 1903 E. Euclid Ave., Arlington Heights. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to: First United Methodist Church or Clearbrook Center, 1835 W. Central, Arlington Hts. Il 60005 or a charity of your choice that benefits developmental disabilities.
