Robert M. Brawley was born on September 11, 1946 in Chicago to Robert J. and Nora C. (nee O’Malley) Brawley. He passed away on December 15, 2008 in Chicago.
In addition to his parents, Robert is survived by his children, Katie of Algonquin, Michael (Kelly) of Chicago and Nora of Dallas, TX; his brothers, Jack (Mary Karen), Mike (Marybeth) and Mark (Christine); his sister, Kathy (Kevin) Cavanagh; his aunt, Sr. Ann Kathleen Brawley S.P.; his friends, Mary Brawley and Ginny Patano; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Friday, December 19, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 10:15 AM, Saturday, December 20, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary of the Woods, Office of Congregational Advancement, 1 Sisters of Providence, St. Mary of the Woods, IN 47876.
