Margaret M. Schoepke

Margaret M. Schoepke was born on July 23, 1912 in Arlington Heights to Rudolph Sr. and Mary M. (nee Luettschwager) Hasemann. She passed away on December 4, 2008 in Arlington Heights.

Margaret was a very giving, loving mother and grandmother. She loved to spend time with her family. She made every holiday or birthday a special event. Her Christmas cookies, sewing skills and love of the Cubs were legendary. Her strong faith in Christ will always be a part of us. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her children; Carol (David) Creamer of Escondido, CA, June (Robert L.) Ross of Schaumburg and David A. (Jo Anne) Schoepke of Streamwood; her grandchildren, Scott (Cheryl) and David (Karla) Creamer, Tammy (Michael) Treadway, Eric and Mark Ross and Lia and Nate Schoepke; and her 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur Schoepke; and her brother, Rudolph Hasemann.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, December 7, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights and Monday, December 8, 2008 from 10:00 AM until the time of funeral services at 11:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church, 431 S. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Faith Lutheran Church.
