Gertrude Reimers
Of Long Grove

Gertrude Reimers was born on April 30, 1912 in Huntley to Carol and Hedwig (nee Hoffman) Bartelt. She passed away on December 3, 2007 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.

Gertrude is survived by her sisters, Betty (the late Ray) Trost and Leona Bartelt and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Marie (the late Herbert) Luerssen and her brothers, Harold (the late Lorraine) Bartelt and Herman (the late Ruth) Bartelt.

Visitation Friday, December 7, 2007 from 9:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 11:00 AM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 24500 N. Old McHenry Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047.
