Theresa “Tess” R. Fuchs
Of Elk Grove Village, formerly Des Plaines

Theresa R. Fuchs was born on December 24, 1931 in Chicago to Frank and Rose (nee Schaff) Hess. She died December 11, 2006 at ManorCare of Arlington Heights.

Ms. Fuchs was a member of the Order of the Rebekah’s, a past Noble Grand of White City Rebekah Lodge, a past President of Rebekah District Association #1 and the former lunch Grandma at Rupley School in Elk Grove Village.

She is survived by her children, Rose (Ed) Kelly of Elk Grove Village, Joe (Cindy) Fuchs of Hoffman Estates, and Tom (Chris) Fuchs of Round Lake; her grandchildren, Theresa, Sarah, Mike, Matt, Mandy, Katie, Ryan, Brandon and Travis; and many loving nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Frank Hess.

Visitation 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, December 15, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (four blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:45 AM, Saturday, December 16, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. to St. Zachary Catholic Church, 567 W. Algonquin Rd., Des Plaines for Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
