Wilbur F. Pergande

Wilbur F. Pergande was born on December 15, 1917 in Monico, Wisconsin to Heinrich and Hermine (nee Stahmer) Pergande. He died December 3, 2006 at the Lutheran Home & Services in Arlington Heights.

Mr. Pergande is survived by his wife of 62 years, Olga (nee Nielson), whom he married on May 27, 1944 in Chicago; his children, Donald (Susan) Pergande of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Robert (Barbara) Pergande of Naperville, and Sharon Seamster of Sparta, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Jon Pergande, Shaun Pergande, Scott Pergande, and Jenna Pergande; and his brother, Leslie (Ottillia) Pergande.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his granddaughter, Jennifer Pergande, his grandson, Johan Seamster; his son-in-law, Carl Seamster; his brothers, Carl, Herbert, and Elmer Pergande; and his sister, Alverna Breitzke.

Visitation 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 7, 2006 at the Lutheran Home & Services, 800 W. Oakton, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Ste 1200, Chicago, IL 60601 or the Lutheran Hour Ministries, 660 Mason Ridge Center Drive, St. Louis, MO 63141.
