Thomas J. Brown

Thomas Joseph Brown, beloved father, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away at his home in Orlando Florida this past week. The youngest of seven children, Tom was born September 5, 1963 in Des Plaines, Illinois to Raymond C. and Eileen (nee Dolan) Brown. He grew up in Arlington Heights, Illinois, attended Arlington High School, and went on to Western Illinois University, where he earned a marketing degree with honors. After graduating, Tom began a successful lifelong career in the commercial moving industry, working in the Chicago area at Graebel Van Lines, Allied, and finally, Beltmann Moving Group as vice president/general manager. He relocated to Florida and accepted a position at Suddath Relocation Systems as the vice president of commercial moving services for Florida.

Tom had a deep love for his three sons and his family. He was a talented, witty writer, an avid sports fan, a music lover, and a great talker. His voice, love and laughter will be much missed

Thomas is survived by his children Connor, Mitchell and Payton Brown and their mother Keri Brown; his mother Eileen; siblings Marianne (Joe) Seiz, Kathleen A. (David Trezise) Brown, James W. (Margaret) Brown, Barbara A. (Daniel) Aloisio and Margaret “Peggy” (Jay) Bauer; nieces and nephews Kelly, Dan, Bryan, Devin, Jodi, Kevin, Jacob and Eric.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond and brother Raymond, Jr.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM, Saturday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Visitation Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of services at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Interment will be private.
