Faith A. Skiba

Faith A. Skiba was born April 4, 1917 in Beecher, Illinois to Edward and Clara (nee Selk) Schultz. She died Monday, December 5, 2005 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Skiba was a former private secretary.

Her survivors include her husband of 65 years Edmund H. Skiba whom she married May 11, 1940; her sons Hank (Janice) Skiba of Hoffman Estates and Daniel Skiba of Mesa, Ariz.; her 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; and her many nieces and nephews. Additionally she is survived by 8 of her 19 siblings.

Visitation from 3:00 until 9:00 PM, Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Thursday at 9:00 AM at All Saints Cathedral, 9201 W. Higgins, Chicago. Mass Thursday at 10:00 AM at the church. Burial at All Saints Cathedral Parish Cemetery.
