Marceline Wirkus
Of Arlington Heights

Marceline Wirkus was born December 7, 1941 in Chicago to James B. and Marceline (nee Peterson) McKown. She died Friday, December 17, 2004 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Wirkus was a homemaker.

Her survivors include her husband of 33 years, Robert Wirkus, whom she married October 24, 1971; her children Mark (Mary Ellen) Wirkus of Lancaster, South Carolina and Michelle Wirkus of Arlington Heights; her grandchildren Clinton Wallace, Cameron Wallace and Matthew Dumke; and her sister Barbara Carlson.

Visitation Monday, December 20, 2004 from 4:00 until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service 10:30 AM, Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 1234 N. Arlington Heights Rd., lie in state at church from 10:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
