Mary Ann Kos
Of Arlington Heights

Mary Ann Kos was born October 13, 1931 in Chicago, to Lorenz and Catherine (nee Tuscan) Rill. She died Friday, December 10, 2004 at her home.

Mrs. Kos was a registered nurse employed for over 25 years by Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago. She was an active member of St. Edna Church.

Mary Ann is survived by her children Matthew (Karen) Kos of Arlington Heights, Mark (Diane) Kos of Chicago, Martin Kos of Chicago, Missy Kos ofMesa, Ariz. And Michael (Caroline) Kos of Carol Stream; her grandchildren Mercedes, Jonathon, Catherine, Matthew, Warren and Eleanor; and her sister Barbara Jean (Roger) Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her husband John.

Visitation Sunday, December 12, 2004 from 3:00 until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Monday from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, Monday at St. Edna Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Rd. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society, 100 W. Palatine Rd., Suite #150, Palatine, IL 60067 .
