Scott R. Conlon was born on October 25, 1998 in Highland Park to Charles R. and Janet E. (nee Crocker) Conlon. He passed away on November 5, 2009 in Libertyville.

Scott was a special boy who touched the lives of many people during his short life. God bless you, Scott. We will miss you so much.

In addition to his parents, Scott is survived by his sister, Abby L. Conlon; his grandmother, Evangeline Crocker; and his grandfather, Robert (Tate) Conlon.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Rita Conlon and his grandfather, Robert Crocker.

Visitation from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, November 9, 2009 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Mass 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Saint Mary Catholic Church, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove. Interment Saint Mary Church Cemetery.
