Rosa V. Maffei was born November 17 in Bitritto Bari, Italy to Domenico and Theresa (nee Alberga) Bellino. She died November 4, 2009 in Park Ridge.

Mrs. Maffei is survived by daughters Frances (Mark) Peel of Arlington Heights and Teresa (Paul) Kaspari of Arlington Heights; grandchildren Quincy, Ryan and Sean; great grandson Isaac ; siblings Theresa (late Leonardo) Giordano, Maria (Peter) Chiarappa and Mike (Darlene) Bellino and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Cosmo Maffei and her parents.

Visitation Friday, November 6, 2009 from 3 until 9 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Saturday November 7, 2009 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 10 AM until 10:45 AM, Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family for a charity to be determined.
