Florence B. Janiszewski was born November 24, 1922 in Chicago, to Joseph and Florence (nee Kolowski) Kulig. She died Sunday, November 9, 2008 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.
Mrs. Janiszewski was a former assembly line worker for GTE in Northlake.
Her survivors include her son Walter (Teresa Fellin) Janiszewski of Atlanta, Georgia; her sisters-in-law Florence Jedlowski and Leona Janiszewski, her brother-in-law Anthony Janiszewski; her nieces Pamela (Al) Jastczemski, Linda (Richard) Misheikis, and Mary (Terry) Baughman, her nephew Allan (Colleen) Janiszewski. Her especially beloved great nephew Mark Jastczemski and her dear friends Theresa and Mitchell Grenz.
Florence is preceded in death by her husband Walter Stanley Janiszewski and her parents.
Visitation from 12:30 PM until time of Funeral Service at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 10, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Heart Assn., Memorials & Tributes 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674.
