Coletta A. Flynn
Coletta A. Flynn (Sheehan) born February 24, 1923 in Chicago. She died November 5, 2008 at Friendship Village in Schaumburg. Mrs. Flynn was a resident of Des Plaines for over 50 years prior to residing at Friendship Village, Schaumburg.
Coletta was a WWII Navy Veteran (WAVES) Petty Officer First Class stationed in Key West, Florida Chartered member of Women in Military Service for America Memorial in Arlington National Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Colleen (Richard) Anda, Michael (Janice) Flynn, and Cathleen (Michael) Gordon; her daughter-in-law Linda Arroyo-Flynn; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Coletta is preceded in death by her parents Richard and Lillian Sheehan, husband Francis L. Flynn; her son Dennis K. Flynn; and her brother John E. Sheehan
Visitation from 4:00 until 8:00 PM Sunday, November 9, 2008 at Glueckert
