Evelyn K. Luczak
Of Arlington Heights formerly of Chicago

Evelyn K. Luczak was born September 27, 1927 in Chicago to Andrew and Anna Pienta, she died October 31, 2008 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Evelyn is survived by her children Wayne (Judy) Luczak of Buffalo Grove and Joyce (Keith) Moens of Arlington Heights; her grandchildren Amy, Eric and Scott Moens.

She is preceded in death by her husband Edward R. “Lucas” Luczak, whom she married May 16, 1948 at Holy Trinity Church in Chicago, her parents and her sister Albina Wojtal.

Visitation Monday November 3, 2008 from 3 until 9 PM, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 8:45 AM, Tuesday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for Mass at 9:30 AM. Burial at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
