James R. Byots
Of Arlington Heights

James R. Byots was born August 25, 1930 in Mt. Olive, Illinois to Joseph and Mary (nee Dobrino) Byots. He died Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Claremont Rehab & Living Center in Buffalo Grove.

Mr. Byots had a long and successful career in sales. He served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War.

His survivors include his daughters Nancy C. (Larry) Geldermann of Chicago and Leslie M (Manny Rios) Byots of North Plainfield, New Jersey; his granddaughter Taylor Nicole Geldermann; his sister Marie and brother Gene Byots; and his companion Robin Ferguson.

James is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Thomas.

Visitation from 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at St. Robert Bellarmine, 4646 N. Austin, Chicago. Interment private.
