Viola Roth

Viola Roth was born April 19, 1914 in Chicago to Lawrence N. and Theresia (nee Klauk) Daleiden. She died Thursday, November 24, 2005 at Oakton Pavillion in Des Plaines.
Mrs. Roth was a homemaker and former store manager for her father at the Lawrence N. Daleiden Co. Religious Goods. She was a long-time and active member of St. James Catholic Church participating as a charter member of the Women's Club and Charter Member of the Friendship Club. Her passion was playing cards and was a member of several card clubs including Marcella's Club.
Her survivors include her Husband of 61 years John Roth whom she married October 4, 1944; her children Daniel (Diane E.) Roth and Mary (Jerry) Klopp both of Arlington Heights; her grandchildren Stephen (JoAnn) Roth, John (Kelly) Klopp, Anne (Daniel) Moersfelder, Luke, Ellen and Lynn Klopp and Sean Lansing; her great grandchildren Kelsey Anne Moersfelder and Suzanne Beth Klopp; and her sister Sister M. Teresilda Daleiden SCC.
Viola is preceded in death by her granddaughter Beth Lansing and her siblings Rev. Joachim Daleiden OFM, Lucille (Bernard) Malburg, Cyril (Claire) Daleiden, James (Marian) Daleiden, Sister M. Lawrentia Daleiden SCC and Norbert (Hilda) Daleiden.
Visitation from 3:00 until 8:00 PM, Sunday, November 27, 2005 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Monday, November 28, 2005 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., proceeding to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 10:00 AM. Burial at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
