Victor A. Larson
Of Arlington Heights for 42 years

Victor A. Larson, age 84, was born May 7, 1920 in Taylor, Wisconsin to Nels P. and Alydia (nee Gabriel) Larson. He died Thursday November 18, 2004 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center, Arlington Heights.

Mr. Larson was District Manager for Jewel Foods, retiring in 1982 after 43 years of service and served in the US Army during WWII.

Victor is survived by his wife of 56 years Jeanne E. (nee Remich) whom he married January 24, 1948; his children Peter Larson of Arlington Heights and Linda (Randy) Johnson of Rolling Meadows; grandchildren Amanda, Ashley, Emily and Cody; and his sister Arlene Brown of Black River Falls, Wisconsin.

He is preceded in death by his brothers Leland Larson, Althord Larson; sister Muriel Berg and his parents Nels and Alydia.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Monday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Visitation Sunday from 3 PM until 9 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Entombment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Lutheran Day Nursery, 1802 N. Fairfield, Chicago, IL 60647.
