John Henry "Hank" Kuykendall
Formerly of Arlington Heights and Schaumburg

John was born December 6, 1935 in Crossville, Illinois to Fred and Leila nee Owen Kuykendall, he passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at his home in Carmi, Illinois.

Mr. Kuykendall was a United States Navy Veteran of the Korean War.

"Hank" is survived by his sons Ronald of Palatine and Kenneth (Carolyn) of St. Charles; his grandchildren Raquel, Kevin, and Ryan; as well as 3 sisters and 1brother.

John was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley nee Decker, whom he married May 26, 1960; and 4 brothers.

Visitation will be held, Saturday from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment will be at Little Wabash Cemetery in Crossville, Illinois
