Thomas William Rendl
Of Buffalo Grove

Thomas William Rendl was born September 15, 1942, in Chicago to Johan Baptist and Ethel (nee Huer) Rendl. He died Friday, November 12, 2004 at University of Chicago, Bernard Mitchell Hospital in Chicago.

Mr. Rendl was vice president of International Sales with Alltech Applied Science of Bannockburn for over 30 years before he retired in March of 2004. He was an active member of Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.

His survivors include his wife of 40 years, Bonnie L. nee Weppner, whom he married February 1, 1964; his children Thomas W. (Kelli) Rendl, Jr., of Lakemoor, Matthew John (Becky) Rendl of Grayslake and Victoria J. (Richard) Dudlo of Chicago; his grandchildren Christian and Cassandra Dudlo; his brothers George (Carol Rendl, Robert (Joan) Rendl and his sister-in-law Karen Rendl.

Thomas is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Norman.

Visitation Monday, November 15, from 3:00 until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1111 N. Elmhurst Rd., Prospect Heights, lie in state at church from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to support Stem Cell Research C/O Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd.
