Miguel A. Martinez
Of Arlington Heights

Miguel A. Martinez, formerly of Mundelein, was born December 10, 1949 in San Juan, Texas to Antonio C. and Martha Z. (nee Cervantes) Martinez. He died Tuesday, October 26, 2004 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.

Mr. Martinez was a baker.

His survivors include his wife of 31 years, Josie nee Alarcon, whom he married August 25, 1973 at Santa Maria Del Poplo Catholic Church in Mundelein; his children Miguel Angel Martinez, Jr. of Arlington Heights,Juan Pablo (Jennifer) Martinez of Arlington Heights and Maria Isabel (Luis) Vazquez of North Chicago; his parents; and his sister Maria Luisa Martinez of Mexico.

Miguel is preceded in death by his daughter Jennifer

Visitation Thursday, October 28, 2004 from 6:00 until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Friday, October 29, 2004 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 until time of funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine, Illinois.
