Eileen F. Scritsmier

Eileen F. Scritsmier was born March 9, 1926 in Taylorville, IL to Orville and Florence (nee Rusher) Heberling. She died October 17, 2012 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.
Eileen was a long-time volunteer for Friends of the Library at the Indian Trails Public Library, The Arlington Countryside Church and for the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary in Downers Grove.
Eileen is survived by her husband William Scritsmier; her children Gary Bartholomae, Judith (Charles) Stickels, Diane (Paul) Kostelec, Audrey (Richard) Ward, Fred Scritsmier; her grandchildren Janet Pasakarnis, James Pasakarnis, Evie Bartholomae, Kyle Bartholomae, William Scritsmier, Kevin Pasakarnis, Samantha Scritsmier, Grant Scritsmier and by her sister Shirley Peska.
Eileen is preceded in death her siblings James Heberling and Ruth Mazour and by her parents.
Visitation Sunday October 21, 2012 from 3 PM until the time of service at 7 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment Monday, 1 PM at Clarendon Hills Cemetery, Darien, IL.
Memorial contributions may be given to Arlington Countryside Church, 916 Hintz Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
