Lenora “Dixie” Hoffman

Lenora “Dixie” Hoffman was born March 16, 1911 in Robinson, IL to William Bert and Velda (Boyd) Dix. She died October 13, 2012 at the Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights.

Lenora is survived by her children R. James (Nancy) Hoffman, Nancy Jane Hoffman and Linda Sue Hoffman; her grandchildren Scott and Bradley.

Lenora is preceded in death by her husband Col. Robert F. Hoffman; her son Donald Edward Hoffman.

Visitation Sunday from 4 PM until 7 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights.

Interment service, Monday, 2 PM at Ft. Sheridan Cemetery (Address), Highwood, IL. In lieu of flowers, contributions to your favorite charity in Dixie’s name is appreciated.
