Valantine S. Gelyana

Valantine S. Gelyana was born on July 31, 1962 in Tehran, Iran to Youash and Amlieh (nee Majnouni) Tamraz. She died Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.

Mrs. Gelyana worked in the Payroll department for C-Line Products in Mt. Prospect.

Valantine is survived by her spouse of 22 years, Dennis Gelyana, MD whom she married July 7, 1990 in Tehran, Iran; her daughter, Eilrayna Gelyana; and her brothers, Givargis and Hormoz Tamraz.

Visitation is from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday, October 5, 2012 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.), Arlington Heights, where Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 pm. Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cypress, California.
