Vernette L. Beer was born on December 10, 1922. She passed away on Monday, October 1, 2012 in Schaumburg.

Vernette is survived by her son, Glenn (the late Lois); her grandchildren, Chris Beer and Carrie (Ski) Guerrero; her great-grandchildren, Trevor and Travis Beer and Skylar and Shaianna Guerrero; and her sister, Gladys (the late Vernon) Heinz.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon H. Beer.

Visitation from 4:00 pm until the time of services at 7:00 pm Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment private.
