Conrad “Chick” Surrikoff, of Arlington Heights, was born September 17, 1943 in Chicago to Val and Daisy (nee Jost) Surrikoff. passed away Saturday with his family by his side after a valiant battle with complications attributed to cancer. Beloved husband of Eileen (Kilarski); loving brother of Marcia (Jerry) Prampin; fond uncle of Kathy Prampin, Jerry (Jenny) Prampin, Kevin Prampin, Sabrina (Matt) Lombardo, Traci (Karl) Pepevnik, Nick DeBias, Sara (Ted) Sianis and great uncle to many; dear brother in law of Ed (Chris) Kilarski and his extended family in Michigan. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and many friends whose lives he touched in a gentle caring way always with a smile.
Visitation Tuesday from 3 – 9 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights.
