Anthony Louis Naples

Anthony Louis Naples was born on June 21, 1925 in Chicago, IL to Alexander and Mary (nee Terrasi) Naples. He died Sunday, October 23, 2011 peacefully at his home in Arlington Heights.

Tony worked as a sales representative and designer for Mack-Chgo. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corp during WWII where he served as an officer and navigator. He was a 4th degree Knights of Columbus, and a passionate coin collector. He lived for his family and was loved and respected by all.

Anthony is survived by his loving spouse of 63 years, Patricia (nee Hannigan) Naples; his children, Regina (Joe) Michael, Margaret (Ron) King daughter, Anthony (Mary) Naples, Mary Ellen Churchill, and Jody (Steve) Hullfish; his grandchildren, Shannon Tinney, Julie Michael, Ashley King-Wells, Sarah and Kara Churchill, Kylee and Alana King, Marina and Alysia Naples, and Haley and Quinn Hullfish; great-grandchildren, McKenna, Eiva, Auraya; and his brother, Matthew Naples.

Visitation from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, and from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 28, 2011 at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights. Burial will take place at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, 1140 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60607 and Transitions Hospice, 5100 E. State St., Ste 200, Rockford, IL 61101.
