Cindann Marie Bernat was born on May 7, 1960 in Highland, Indiana, to Daniel and Carolyn (nee Lester) Dietz. She died Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Central DuPage Hospital.
Mrs. Bernat enjoyed spending time with her husband, friends, and family.
Cindann is survived by her spouse, Glen, of 32 years (Married July 21, 1979); Daughter, Brandi (Dewayne) Herbert; Son, Bryan (Melanie) Bernat; Granddaughters, Raegan Grace and Tenley Kate Herbert; Grandson, Mason James Bernat; Brothers, Daniel Dietz and Alan Dietz.
She was preceded in death by Father, Daniel Dietz, Mother, Carolyn Lester.
Visitation from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Prayers will begin at 9:15 AM on Thursday, October 27, 2011 then proceeding to St. Mary Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove, Illinois for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM.. Burial will be in St. Mary Parish Cemetery.
