Helen M. Reid
Of Schaumburg
Helen M. Reid was born January 9, 1927 in Glasgow, Scotland to Charles
and Helen (nee Spence) Robb. She passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2011
at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.
Helen was an active member of Harvest Bible Church for over 20 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Helen (Robert) Karlow and Heather
(Michael) Mahoney; her grandchildren, Robert (Diane), Brian, Bradley
(Colleen), and Timothy Erin) Karlow, and Ryan (Melinda) Mahoney; her
great-grandchildren, Brian, Bobby, Madelyn, Alex (Bradley), Zachary,
Spencer, Ian, and Mikayla; her brother, Charles Jr. (Saddie) Robb; and
her loyal friend, Wendy.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Angus Reid; and by her
parents.
Visitation from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the
Harvest Bible Chapel, 800 Rohlwing Rd., Rolling Meadows, and Thursday,
October 6, 2011 from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service 10:00 AM.
Interment is at Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst.
