Lee C. Siracusa was born September 21, 1925 in Chicago to D. Frank and Lucille R. (nee Caputo) Coccia. She passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at St. Alexius Hospital in Hoffman Estates.

She is survived by her siblings, Doris (Duane) Grisham, Barbara (the late Joseph) Guccione, and Marion (Sam) Guccione; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Lisa, Frank, Judy, Karen, Bill, Pam, Michael, and Nick.

Lee is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Siracusa; her sister, Nina Panveno; and her parents.

Memorial visitation from 9:00 AM until time of Memorial Service 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment is private.
