Anna Herl

Anna Herl was born October 25, 1921 in Yugoslavia to Anton and Margaret Focht. She passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

She is survived by her daughter, Erna (the late Anton Sr.) Hoenle; her grandchildren, Anton Jr. (Kathleen) Hoenle, and Robert (Kelly) Hoenle; her great-grandchildren, Amanda, Kathryn, Madison, and Michael; her nieces and nephews, Dorothy, Dan, Anna, and Millie; and her many great-nieces and nephews.

Anna is preceded in death by her sister, Esther Jovanovich; and her parents.

Visitation is from 9:00 AM until time of prayers at 10:15 AM, Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights to Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for Mass at 11:00 AM. Burial is at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Assn., 30 N. Michigan Ave., Suite #2015, Chicago, IL 60602.
