Craig S. Damisch
Of Arlington Heights

Craig S. Damisch was born March 6, 1953 in Elgin to Russell and Marilyn (nee Behrens) Damisch. He passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 in Arlington Heights.

Craig graduated from Larkin High School and participated in football, basketball, and track. He was a graduate of Illinois State University, and was a partner at T & T Reproductions and Supplies, Inc. in Libertyville. Craig had a passion for sports, and he enjoyed coaching youth athletics especially for his children. Among his many interests are family activities, running, traveling, history and he loved to fish up north.

He is survived by his wife, Janet (nee Burgess) Damisch; his sons, Marc J. and Joseph B. Damisch; his parents; his brother, Scott (Paula) Damisch; his many nieces and nephews and his uncles, Donald (Cynthia) Damisch and George Jr. (Josefa) Damisch.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, October 10, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights and Monday, October 11, 2010 from 10:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 11:00 AM at Willow Creek Church, 67 E. Algonquin Rd., South Barrington. Interment is at Memorial Washington Reform Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Elgin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to The Greater Chicago Food Depository, 4100 W. Ann Lurie Place, Chicago, IL 60632.
