William J. Forch Jr.
was born on November
28, 1929 in Chicago
to William J. Sr.
and Elizabeth (nee
Rudolph) Forch. He
passed away on
October 26, 2009 in
Arlington Heights.
He is survived by
his daughters, Nancy
O’Donnell of
Arlington Heights,
Karen (Hank) Leader
of Homewood and
Linda (Duane)
Sheppard of
Hoopeston; his
grandchildren,
Jonathan Troutman,
Patrick Sheppard,
Colleen O’Donnell,
Katelin Sheppard and
Emily Leader; and
his former wife,
Dolores Forch.
He was preceded in
death by his
parents, and his
brother, Kenneth
Forch.
Bill retired from
CNA Insurance
Company after 34
years. He was a
loyal fan of the
Chicago Cubs and
Bears. He loved his
family and always
treasured the time
spent together.
