Margaret J. “Margie”
Antonelli was born
on January 15, 1929
in Chicago to
Charles and Mary
(nee Mattaino)
DeGeorge. She passed
away on October 3,
2009 in Arlington
Heights.
Margie met her
husband Frederick in
a soda shop on the
Northwest side of
Chicago in 1947 and
graduated from
Kelvyn Park High
School in 1948.
Margie and Fred
attended and
graduated from
Wright Junior
College together and
were married in
1950. In 1966 she
became a licensed
insurance broker.
She was a member of
St. Edna Church in
Arlington Heights.
In addition to her
husband, Margie is
survived by her
children, Celeste
(Greg) French,
Randall Antonelli,
Thomas Antonelli and
Mary (Vlado) Lenoch;
her five
grandchildren; and
her sister, Louise
(the late Alex)
Maranto.
She was preceded in
death by her sister,
Rose (the late
James) Campbell.
