William Douglas Schwartz was born March 10, 1943 in Chicago to Helge and Florence (nee Munson) Schwartz. He died October 19, 2008 at his home.
William is survived by his wife Jaye (nee Projansky) Schwartz, whom he married November 15, 1974 in Chicago; his son Christopher (Cindy Konopasek) Schwartz; his brother in law Les O’Hara; his sister in laws Gayle Projansky and Juile O’Hara; his nephews Zac, Devin, Asher and Jace O’Hara; and by his mother in law Joanne O’Hara.
He is preceded in death by his son Todd, his parents and by his father in law Ronald O’Hara.
A memorial visitation will be held Thursday from 3 PM until the time of service at 8 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to:. The American Cancer Society 1114 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
