Corinne Eve Ohzourk was born July 4, 1927 to Joseph and Anna (nee Stawsky) Kulisky. She died Monday, October 20, 2008 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.
Mrs. Ohzourk was a manager for Bankers Life and Casualty for over 30 years before retiring. She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Palatine
Corinne is survived by her children Scott (Frances) Ohzourk, Stacey (Terrence) Ennes, Kelly (Mary) Ohzourk and Kimberlee (Ron) O’Donnell Hall; her grandchildren Nathaniel, Zachery, Kristi (Kellen) Schulte, Erin, Jeremy, Rebecca, Kari (Jason) Harry, Patrick, Katie, Lyndsay, Kasey, Kellie Rae and Kassidy; her great grandchildren Jayden, David and Isaac; and her sister Norma Liszka
She was preceded in death by her husband George, her grandson Jeremiah and her parents.
Visitation from 3:00 until 9:00 PM, Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Thursday, October 23, 2008 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 5005 LBJ Fwy., Ste. 250, Dallas, TX 75244.
