Katherine “Pat” Zaletanski

Katherine “Pat” Zaletanski was born on January 10, 1930 in Chicago to James and Mary (nee O’Reilly) Patton. She passed away on October 24, 2007 in Arlington Heights.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Fred J. Zaletanski, her children, Fred Jr. of Arlington Heights, Michael (Stacey) of Lake Zurich, David (Bev) of Arlington Heights, Kathleen (John) Basso of Portland, OR and Patti (Rob) DeBeau of Elmhurst and her grandchildren, Adam, Jason and David Zaletanski, Frankie Basso and Ryan and Genevieve DeBeau.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Charles Patton and her sister, Margaret Gresham.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, October 28, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 8:45 AM Monday, October 29, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for Mass at 9:30 AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
