Annette H. Chess

Annette H. Chess (nee Skrowonski) was born October 21, 1926 in Chicago to Adam and Helen Skrowonski She died October 24, 2007 at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates.

Survivors include her children Barbara (John) Altstadt, Allan (Diane) Chess and Annette (Steven) Sorkin; her grandchildren Michael, Katie, Bradley and Matthew.

Annette is preceded in death by her husband Edward and her parents.

Visitation Friday October 26, 2007 from 8:30 AM until the time of service at 10:30 AM, at Willow Creek Community Church 67 E. Algonquin Road South Barrington, IL. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
