Frank A. Doczi
Of Arlington Heights

Frank A. Doczi was born June 7, 1920 in Detroit, Michigan to Frank G. and Helen Rose (nee Kiss) Doczi. He died Monday. October 22, 2007 at his home.

Mr. Doczi was a 38-year employee of the Ford Motor Company where he was in parts and service sales. He served in the Marine Corps during WW II. He was a charter member of St. Edna Parish and a long-time usher. He participated in the Cardiac Rehab group at Harper College and was a starter at Medinah Country Club for 15 years.

Frank is survived by his children Kathleen (Bruce) Sicklesteel, of Schaumburg, Robert (Carolyn) Doczi, of Dallas, TX, Thomas Doczi, of Rancho Mirage, Calif., Daniel (Michele) Doczi, of Vernon Hills and Barbara (Paul) Baboian, of Arlington Heights; and his grandchildren Kate, Rob, Elizabeth Anne, Monica, Christine, Patrick, Daniel, Madelyn and Michael.

He was preceded in death by his wife Irene and his daughter-in-law Mary Ann.

Visitation from 4:00 until 9:00 PM, Thursday, October 25, 2007 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Friday, October 26, 2007 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to National Parkinson Foundation, Inc., Office of Development, 1501 NW 9th Avenue/Bob Hope Rd., Miami, FL 33136-1494 or to Alzheimer’s Assn. of Greater Chicago, 4709 Golf Rd., Suite #1015, Skokie IL 60076.
