Joan D. Cunningham was born December 6, 1931 in Bronx, NY to John and Dorothy Dippold. She died Sunday October 21 in Hoffman Estates.

Mrs. Cunningham is survived by her husband, James A., whom she married on May 28, 1955; her children, James A. (Barbara) Cunningham, Jr. of Buffalo Grove, Christopher J. (Donna) Cunningham of Palatine, and Pamela R. (John) Hyland of Idaho Falls, ID; his grandchildren, Erin, Emily, Adam, Megan and Johnny; and her sisters, Mary (Martin Collins of Piscataway, NJ and Madeleine Dippold of Piscataway, NJ.

Visitation from 4 until 9 PM, Thursday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights. Prayers 10:15 AM, Friday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., to Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for Mass at 11:00 AM. Burial at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
