Dorothy A. Von Bremen
Of Arlington Heights

Dorothy A. Von Bremen was born on February 18, 1915 in Indianapolis to Claris and Ruth Whitney (nee Davenport) Adams. She passed away on October 4, 2007 in Hoffman Estates.

Dorothy was a transplant from Wilmington Delaware in 1999. She was a founding member of the Presbyterian Church of the Covenant where she served as a Sunday school teacher. She gave her time in many worthwhile organizations as well. While in Chicago, Dorothy resided at Luther Village in Arlington Heights, where she made many wonderful friendships.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Ann (Lynn) Crawford of Hoffman Estates and her grandchildren, Craig, Carrie and Mark Crawford.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Berend H. Von Bremen.

Memorial service 12:00 PM Monday, October 8, 2007 at Lutheran Home & Service for the Aged, 800 W. Oakton, Arlington Heights. Interment private
