Jack R. Kelemen was born April 3, 1929 in Chicago to Maurice and Theresa (nee Kremitizer) Cronin. He died Sunday, October 15, 2006 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.
Mr. Kelemen is survived by his wife of 51 years, Ann (nee Murray) Kelemen; his children, James Kelemen, Laura (Michael) Mullan, Jackie (Ken) Bacci, and David Kelemen; his grandchildren, Mellisa Bacci and Sean Mullan; and his siblings, Halene Welsh, Ed Kelemen, and Ann Mary Tyson.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Robert Welsh.
Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (four blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 AM, Thursday, October 19, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., proceeding to St. Zachary Catholic Church, 567 W. Algonquin Rd., Des Plaines for Mass at 10:00 AM.
