Grace Haptas

Grace Haptas was born January 23, 1922 in Chicago to Michael and Mary (nee Pinchoska) Osada. She died October 1, 2006 at Northwest Community Healthcare Center in Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Haptas is survived by her children, Stanley J. (Alice P.) Haptas of Mokena, Ron Haptas of Oswego, and Mary (Conrad) May of Mount Prospect; her grandchildren, Laura Ann (Robert) Spaulding and Stanley R. (Bethany) Haptas; her great-grandchildren, Jessica and Justin; her sisters, Adeline Rzyski and Mary (Edward) Przybylski; and her brother-in-law, Arnold Ebel.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley B. Haptas; her parents; and her sisters, Stella (John) Kedvesh, Helen (Matthew) Baran, and Irene Ebel; and her brother-in-law Leo Rzyski.

Visitation from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (four blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights and Thursday, October 5, 2006 at St. Raymond Catholic Church, 301 S. Ioka (Lincoln & Elmhurst), Mt. Prospect from 9:00 AM until time of Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.
