Mary Catherine Sammons
Of Mundelein, formerly of Elmwood Park

Mary Catherine Sammons was born August 9, 1930 in Chicago to Samuel and Rosaria Marino. She died September 19, 2012 at the Claremont in Buffalo Grove.

Mary was an Executive Secretary for First Security Trust and Savings Bank in Elmwood Park, IL for over 25 years. She retired in 1990.

Mary is the loving mother of Linda (Don) Johnson; cherished Nana to Adam Wesley (Nicole) Johnson and Krista Marie Johnson; dear sister to Helen (late Charlie) Ott and sister in law to Tim (Mary) Sammons and fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Wesley J. Sammons; her parents and by seven siblings.

Funeral and interment services will be private.
